SEACHS is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Volunteer Website Content Manager to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring that our organization's online presence is engaging, up-to-date, and effectively communicates our mission and initiatives.
Key Resposibilities
Content Management: Regularly update and manage the content on SEACHS's website to keep it current, informative, and engaging.
Quality Assurance: Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and formatting to maintain high-quality standards.
User Experience Enhancement: Organize and structure content to create a user-friendly experience, ensuring visitors can easily find the information they need.
SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve the website's visibility and search engine ranking, enhancing our online reach.
Collaboration: Work closely with various SEACHS teams and departments to gather content, updates, and news for the website.
Content Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of a content strategy that aligns with SEACHS's mission and goals.
Multimedia Integration: Manage the integration of multimedia elements, such as images and videos, to enhance the website's appeal and engagement.
Analytics Monitoring: Use website analytics tools to track and analyze user engagement and content performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Security and Updates: Stay updated on website security measures and assist with regular updates to ensure the site's functionality and security.
Requirements
Passion for SEACHS's mission and values.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and website management.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
Ability to commit at least 5 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
